It's that time again, every teacher's favorite time of the year, teacher Certification. Fred Astaire Wisconsin takes great pride in having the most rigorous and comprehensive teacher certification program in the country. Every six months, your teacher is recertified by the Executive National Examiner, Lyall Bradshaw. No other studio in Wisconsin requires this level of education from their instructors.

    Lyall specializes in coaching and syllabus training for Diplomas and Certifications. He excels in all levels of American Style, Exhibition, Theatre Arts, and Country and Western. He is also available for International Standard and Latin for ISTD examinations. He is a certified adjudicator with vast expertise and knowledge of the N.D.C.A. curriculum.

Dance styles evolve over time, as do the figures associated with each dance. A bi-annual exam is one of the ways that helps keep the Fred Astaire Wisconsin Professionals at the cutting edge of ballroom dancing. These exams cover all aspects of both dancing and teaching for all styles (American Smooth, International Standard, American Rhythm, International Latin and Theatrical Arts)
